Our room had an amazing view of the ocean, and we could hear the sound of waves crashing all day long. The hotel was very conveniently located near several restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, which were very clean and well-maintained.
The housekeeping staff didn't always do a thorough job cleaning our room. The prices at the hotel restaurant were a bit steep compared to other nearby options. it was a great trip and we had a lovely time.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the Wi-Fi was easy to connect to. The hotel is located near the beach and several popular restaurants. Plus, the pool area was well-maintained and a great spot to relax.
However, the room was not up to par with cleanliness standards. There were stains on the carpet and bedding, and the bathroom had a musty odor. The customer service at the front desk was also lacking, with long wait times and unhelpful attitudes. this hotel did not live up to my expectations and I will not be returning for future business trips.

Great vacation spot! Beautiful sunsets and plenty of fun on the beach. The bed was super comfy and the cleaning crew did a fantastic job. We had no issues with cleanliness and the staff were cool about upgrading our room at a late check-in. The location is perfect for local attractions and you can soak up the sights and sounds of the surroundings. Enjoy the visit!
The buildings were not connected so you had to move outside to access the amenities like pools or restaurant. The water line was cut during our 4-day stay so the pool was not heated as promised. The hot tub was too cold to enjoy. We used the kitchenette a lot, but no dish soap or towels, so we had to ask for them. It would be better if these were already included. However, these were minor compared to the amazing beach and comfy room.

We loved waking up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and enjoying breakfast with a view of the ocean. The indoor pool and gym facilities were top-notch and ideal for business travelers who need to stay active on the go.

We loved being there. Our stay here was very comfortable, good home base for exploring Gulf Shores. The room was really neat, exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff were accommodating and superfriendly. Had supper in an attached restaurant.

The venue had a magnificent location not too far from Hurricanes. And we was near restaurants and bars. The hotel of choice in Gulf Shores.
